The plane was first constructed in 1988 by the famous designer Fabrizio Pisani who also worked with Tecam (P92 echo) and was modernized in 1998 accordding to JAR VLA. The design of the aircraft in the main part of resin laminates, glass and carbon fabrics. Engine mounts, landing gear, wing struts a metal structure.

The aircraft can be powered by a Rotax 912 ULS engine power of 100hp Rotax 912 UL or a 80hp, driven with three blade propeller with fixed or variable pitch and with reverse. Mounted high wings and tail, lack of floats on the side or wings provide excellent maneuverability on the water and in the air.

Chassis is tricycle hermetically pneumatically retractable in flight. Transparent bay chassis allows you to visually determine whether the landing gear is retracted. Main landing gear wheels are equipped with disc brakes. Track of undercarriage is 1,70m.

Richly glazed spacious double cabin crew seats next to each other, it provides very good visibility. The cabin is equipped with heating, adjustable luggage compartment behind the seats crew with double control systems, the basic instruments for navigation. Width is 120cm. Optionally can be mounted other digital systems - Glass cokpit.

The aircraft is supplied with the equipment in the form of: engine Rotax 912 UL with a capacity of 80km, three-bladed propeller pitch adjustable on the ground, heating system booths, adjustable seats, luggage compartment behind the seats of the crew and the basic instruments pilot-navigational speedometer, altimeter, inclinometer, compass and motor control devices.
